Restoring this original home on the historic register in the hills of Glendale proved to be a perfect storm for a couple new in town from Chicago. As a part of Michael Berman Ltd’s team, we successfully paired their contemporary city lifestyle and aesthetic with the preserved bones of the Mediterranean architecture.
