FEATURED PROJECT: CARDINAL TOWNE

The original developers of Cardinal Towne came to Barry Wooley Designs with a big problem – they needed tenants! They had over a half million square feet of blah! The BW Team did a thorough analysis of the entire property and came up with a plan to revitalize the common areas and turn Cardinal Towne into THE place to live on U of L’s campus. By the end of their project, they had a brand new leasing office, the best amenities around, and most importantly- 100% occupancy!
