This re-model involved bumping out an existing laundry room by two feet as well as updating a basement bath. The bathroom features a teak shower floor, neutral tile with a built in niche. The Kohler plumbing fixtures are a rich brushed brass, which adds warmth to the space. A ceiling soffit designed to hide an awkward beam adds extra lighting to the windowless bath.
