Point Loma CA Spanish Style Kitchen Interior

This home has tremendous history dating back to the early 1900’s with famous architect and owners. There was a need to focus on opening up the small, rectangular kitchen into one very large expansive kitchen and family room area. We had to structurally reinforce the 2nd floor above but were able to achieve the vision of the owners by providing them with a contemporary version of Spanish interiors.
