Kitchen Room
Cambridge Home
The spirit of the Arts and Crafts movement was embraced in the complete remodeling of this three story house on a quiet street abutting Harvard’s campus.
The clients worked in collaboration with the design
and construction teams on every detail – the fine workmanship of local artisans, cabinet and tile makers and woodworkers were whimsically paired with reproductions by period manufacturers.
“Lively contrasts repeat throughout the house”, light and dark, shiny and matte, dignified and playful.”
