Harlem was a first for Gate 3 Design, Applebee’s, and the people of New York City. It is the first ever LEED certified Applebee’s in the world. Every square inch of this location was designed to benefit the planet, the residents of Harlem, and the employees who work here everyday. G3D was able to not only create a decor package that showcases the neighborhood’s rich musical history.
