A couple, both writers, decided to move to Northampton to be close to their daughter’s family and their grand children.

Because their condominium had not yet been built, we were able to rework the plan, developing unused spaces into offices and guest rooms, add baths and storage, upgrade materials and finishes, and improved lighting, etc.

Since they were still living and working several hours away and could rarely be on site, we acted as the clients agent to administer the project on a daily basis, .

Working closely with the clients, we chose all furnishings, fabrics, materials and colors, and detailed all interior spaces.
