This Mid Century Modern home on Miami Beach was the second time we were asked to redo this home. Being called in for the second time in the same house is something unusual, particularly when the owners are new. This is what happened here at this Mediterranean home I designed into a Florida Tropical House then re-designed into a Classic Mid-century modern home for the new owners.

Having designed this same home years ago for a client that had recently relocated from New York City and wanted to feel the tropical vibe of Miami, I was hired to now change the interior to reflect another strong Miami design style Mid Century Modern.

Keeping many of the same original details in tact I worked my Miami Magic and created a clean simple elegant modern interior for the new owners.

Each room took on a nostalgic feeling for them as I integrated some of their original pieces with the vintage pieces I found for them.

The house adapted well to the change and with the tropical exterior, the blend of the modern minimalism, and rich tropical surrounding landscape became a marriage made in heaven.
