Stewart Title of El Paso’s main offices are located in the heart of downtown El Paso at 415 North Mesa. Facilities Connection’s role was helping choose the exterior and interior finishes, the furniture ordering and installation, management services, and the selection and installation of artwork and accessories. This was also FCI’S first modular wall project and was completed in 2005.

The basement floor was converted into a combined employee lounge and full kitchen area, along with a 60-person training room made available to community organizations. In the initial visualization and programming process, Cindy Bilbe, the President and Judy English, the CFO requested that their facilities reflect a high quality, timeless design representative of the history of the region and reflective of the region’s strong Hispanic culture – to create a brand unique to Stewart Title and recognized throughout the region. This welcoming spirit was accomplished, as clients have requested permission to incorporate many of the design elements in their own offices and homes.
