Updates to a custom crafted 1986 contemporary home included a few updates, the first in 30 years. A guest bedroom convenient to kitchen/dining area becomes more flexible with additions of a sleeper-sectional, and new built-in transforming room into a getaway for movie watching or reading. Living Room furniture was rearranged to better support both conversations and enjoying the expansive sylvan views. Slate floors were warmed up with a large sisal rug, and furniture received an upholstery make over.
