Patrick Denham + Daniel Vitalie Denham-Vitalie Design Associates, Inc. was founded over 20 years ago by Patrick Denham in the basement of Daniel Vitalie's home. With a background in real estate and a passion for art, Patrick started Denham-Vitalie in an attempt to make his mark on the world of design. denham_1.jpg In 1995, Daniel Vitalie quit his job working for PPG Industries and pursued his love of design and architecture to join Patrick and form Denham-Vitalie. With Daniel's business background, the company grew exponentially, eventually moving to their first location on Walnut Street in Shadyside, PA. In the late 90's, Denham-Vitalie outgrew it's Walnut Street offices and moved to a much larger location on Copeland Street to accommodate their ever-growing client base as well as a host of new employees. In 2000, Denham-Vitalie was named on Pittsburgh's Top 100 fastest growing company's list and the momentum kept building. vitalie_1.jpg Denham-Vitalie continued to grow, servicing clients throughout the country and abroad. In 2008, Denham-Vitalie moved it's office from their iconic Copeland Street location to their current location at 5900 Ellsworth Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232. This move allowed the team to not only expand their offices, but to open a luxury home boutique, Cypress, at the request of their clients, friends and family. While Denham-Vitalie has grown and expanded over the years, our attention to detail and the one-on-one customer service we demand has not changed since the days of working in Dan Vitalie's basement. Denham-Vitalie brings knowledge, experience, innovation and passion to every project and demands nothing but the best for each of its clients.
