Istanbul Sapphire is the highest residence building of Europe (except Moscow) with an antenna height of 262.5 meters. It is a mixed project where housing, shopping and view terrace coexist. Construction of the project with a total construction area of 165.139 square meter was started in 2006 and completed in March 2011. There are 10 basements and 56 oors. The view terrace offers a magni cent view of Istanbul to its guests from a height of 262.5 meters and is the rst in Turkey. The shopping center has 6 oors in total and there is metro connection from the 3rd basement oor. Vertical gardens are one of the privileges offered by the project and double-faced application provides comfort. While the outsi- de facade acts as a security guard, it protects the interior from external in uences and noise.
