The client wanted to remodel the house she grew up in and keep the same feel, so we kept the original floor plan and updated the surface materials. The kitchen, hall and bathroom cabinets are constructed of oak. The kitchen and bathroom counters are granite with tile back splashes. All new appliances and hardware were installed, as well as a new wood floor. The entire house is painted with the color, mountain peak white which creates a warm glow when the sun sets behind the ocean.
