This design project was for Colivo, a real estate development/investment company that specializes in co-living properties for Millennials. The project included the design of the entire 3,900 sq ft. property. In this gallery you will find photos of the hallway, dining area and common living room. We took a typical hallway and created an incredible focal point while adding light to the otherwise narrow and dark space. A dining area needed to be incorporated as well. However, there wasn’t an ideal location to create one. By using visually weightless pieces with clean modern lines, we were able to designate a stylish eating area that complimented the overall floor plan and decor. Finally, we created a warm lounge area to stream TV/movies, play ping-pong/Playstation and/or, hangout with friends on the ground level. Enjoy!
