Co-living Investment Property – Staging

Since this property was a co-living venture geared towards millennials, the various rooms were staged differently to attract a broader range of potential renters. First, we repainted all except one room in a neutral, but airy gray. Then we brought in our own inventory of furnishings, accessories and plants to stage the property for the client’s virtual reality tour, marketing materials and upcoming showings. The reaction from both the client and prospects were incredible. A simple, but highly effective, staging design.
