We were hired to design a 1 bedroom apartment in a new luxury high-rise building. Our client, an investment broker and bachelor, had lived in the space for a while, but didn’t know how to work with the limited space. He wanted the final design to have a modern style that wasn’t cold and felt like a comfortable retreat after his workday. Since this is a rental, the client didn’t want to paint the walls. He also preferred a darker and neutral color scheme. As a result, we created the perfect floor plan to maximize space and function; were creative with artwork, furnishings and accessories; and incorporated lots of texture.

The finished product is an amazing transformation that is both masculine and inviting – perfect for the professional bachelor.
