Santa Monica Town Home
I completely remodeled this town home for a lovely female UCLA specialist. No stone was left unturned. I removed walls, raised ceilings, and designed special features such as the banquette seating to maximize every square inch. I selected a pattern tile for the floor to add visual interest to a somewhat small space. I had the back splash, fireplace and patio water feature tile hand made in Morocco. Kitchen cabinetry was made from solid hard wood planks, wire brushed to bring out the grain and custom stained. All furniture, art, rugs, ornaments were carefully selected to finish off the home and create a very personal story for the client. The overall aesthetic is hard to categorize but I was influenced by English charm, California cool and French Chic with my own inherent Space Healing design philosophy underlying every decision.
