This project was a complete transformation of an outdated beach home that suffered from multiple personalities (due to inconsistency and poor quality of 40 years of previous renovations), into modern beach retreat with colorful, global chic twist.
The gray and white color palette creates neutral background for colorful art and accessories. Custom furniture is comfortable and inviting. Statement light fixtures set the tone for each room. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring Monogram appliances, huge island, open storage, two sinks and a juice/smoothie bar.

Open floor plan is perfect for both family living and entertaining. It’s a dream party house with lots of seating and large open spaces for guests to mingle.

The idea behind this home, which is situated on a small island on the coast of CT, was to make its inhabitants feel like they are on a vacation regardless of the weather outside.
