Comfortable, Modern Home Renovation
Our vision was to completely transform this traditional red brick home, with ornate interior trim, outdated wallcovering into a comfortable modern home. We began by painting the red brick in a subtle gray, and replaced the traditional beveled glass front door with a stunning 17 foot iron and glass custom door unit. Inside, we removed the pine wood floors and replace all main areas with a wide planked, grey porcelien wood tile by. The master bathroom now features textures of white, and we removed an arched detail between the vanities and the tub to open up the space. The kitchen was completely reconfigured and replaced in order to create a hidden planning space behind the fridge wall to hide mess to visitors, and a more spacious mud room entrance from back door. For extended outdoor living, we built a white painted pergola with a bronze polycarbonate cover to protect from sun and rain.
