This luxury hilltop property in the exclusive Kukui’ula development has sweeping ocean and mountain views, and radiates classic beauty. The original architectural, lighting and electrical plans were revised and reworked by Kala Interior Design. Sara worked directly with the clients and the builder (Pu’uwai Construction) to select and approve all of the interior and exterior fixtures and finishes for the home, as well as designing all cabinetry, built-ins and other custom details. Elements such as carrara marble countertops & subway tiles, hand-scraped wood floors, raffia grasscloth wallcovering, white tongue & groove wall paneling, and brushed nickel faucets, give this home the timeless plantation appeal that is highly sought after here in Hawaii.
