Shoreside Chic
Pineapple House handled the interior architecture and interior design for this new construction on the St. Lucie River in sunny south Florida. This villa is one of only a handful of private residences located on the Floridian’s grounds. Its interiors reflect the sandy Florida coast through a white and cream color scheme. The residence is designed for groups and entertaining, incorporating a spacious, open floor plan and a courtyard design that dissolves the divisions between the indoors and outdoors.
