GHI+D was approached by a long time client to revitalize a dated investment property located on exclusive Kiawah Island, SC. Originally purchased in 2012 as a two bedroom/two bath unit, the challenge was to increase the amount of guests the unit could sleep while simultaneously making the floor plan feel more open and bright.
