A neglected property located on exclusive Kiawah Island, SC was crying out for attention. GHI+D’s mission was to give this penthouse condo a new lease on life as well as adding additional room for the client’s large family. The designers took advantage of the unit’s existing 2-story ceilings by adding a second level loft, bathroom, and generous owner’s closet above the dining and living areas.
