This beautiful home is located in the Silver Creek Country Club. I was referred by Davey & Associates Real Estate to help the homeowner stage this former rental property. It was completely unfurnished. Luckily, a neighbor was undergoing an extensive remodel, so we were able to use her large pieces of furniture and some art pieces. The realtor also had some inventory, which we used. We finished the project with Decorating Den Interiors’ “Instant Room” staging packages. The house sold in 2013.
