Williams Residence
A full remodel of a 1980’s California ranch-style home in Nipomo, CA. Exterior renovations included new garage doors, new trim and fascia board, exterior lighting from Barn Light Electric and Troy Lighting, paint (a combination of three distinct colors) by Sherwin-Williams, gutters, (4) exterior doors and stain, interior and exterior door hardware by Emtek, and custom address plaque. Interior renovations included a full gut of the house, new drywall texture, paint, flooring, trim, cabinetry, lighting, tile, appliances, fixtures and furnishings.
