This home had not been updated since the 1970’s and the new owners were excited to completely renovate this condo into their desired aesthetic.

To achieve the desired result – The main floor was opened up by removing a wall that blocked off the kitchen, distracting beam work was moved into the ceiling and the step up stair treads were moved back to make the dining room more appropriately sized and allow the living room to gain some much needed floor space. The changes made on the main floor created a beautiful open floor plan that was both functional and comfortable to inhabit.
