Victorian Rehab
This Victorian had been chopped into a triplex at one time in its life. It had been vacant for years when we got a hold of it. With the assistance of the Arkansas State Rehabilitation Tax Credit, we were able to rehabilitate this home, open up the wall between the kitchen and dining room, and add a huge master bedroom. The house was only on the market 3 days before an offer was made to purchase it.
