LAS VEGAS LUXURY
Rachel and Stephen love their luxurious Las Vegas condominium on the strip. When Rachel and I first met, she brought me a set of plans for their new condominium in the Turnberry Towers in Las Vegas. They worked with a contractor who advised them to open up the floor plan and create a great room with two master suites. Rachel loves antiques. She said she had many bronze statues and would like to create an elegant space for entertaining. She chose a color palette of soft grey and caramel.
We decided to display her Art Nouveau bronze as an accent piece when you enter. The piece also acts as a conversation-starting divider for the living and dining areas. To set the stage for this beautiful piece, we created a foundation with a mirrored back wall and down lighting to enhance the lustrous bronze. Throughout the space, we specified plaster light soffits to create ambience in what we call “layers of light.” Rachel prefers a classic style so we designed French paneled sections on all the walls and upholstered them in a diamond embroidered silk. Comfortable, relaxed seating centered on the television and a spectacular view of lights looking right down the Las Vegas Strip. Beautiful jacquard draperies embellished with crystals take your eyes toward the dining area.
