Rustic Modern Makeover
This entire house needed a makeover in a hurry! We made the most out of a general 20 to 25k budget and managed to demo existing dated tile and carpet flooring, install all new cerused hardwood throughout the main living areas, new tile baths, and new marble kitchen backsplash! We also demoed dated built-ins and a fireplace. We then added gorgeous hardwood beams, new lighting, a new fireplace surround and shelves! Oh, and new paint everywhere of course! And all with a month and a half window of time 🙂 I hope to add more images of the dining, kitchen, and bedrooms shortly.
