This home was purchased to be remodeled before the client moved in. Quick design work got things started. The kitchen was completely demo’d and the vaulted ceilings were flattened to permit recessed LED lighting. The family room was “corrected” by eliminating an extra large skylight, and adding seamless soffits to connect this room to the kitchen and adjacent hallway. The owner asked for elegant, functional spaces.
