Project – Tucson, Arizona

On a 3.7acre lot in Tucson’s NE foothills, design a 5,000 sq. ft. single-family residence, incorporating Universal Design principles with flexible-use spaces, and plenty of storage. Only durable, low maintenance, high quality materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings shall be employed. Colors and textures shall reflect the Southwest‘s natural environment. Architecture and decorative details shall be inspired by Chaco Canyon building features.
