modernized and in some cases replaced the existing kitchen, bathroom (upstairs/downstairs), basement and living room/dining room areas. They took care to clean up at day’s end and I was very comfortable having Kevin and his workers in the house when i was not home. Kevin and Michele work very well together and both bring a lot of expertise to the table. Michele was great at pushing me out of my comfort zone when I needed it, but respecting my ideas and input as well. We had one or two things that affected the overall budget, but that is not unusual on a remodel of this size; mostly to do with dump fees concerning the removal of the marble from my old upstairs fireplace and removal of my wood stove and brick hearth
