Complete redo of models, common areas, poolside and lobby of condo building in Denver. I re-used as many items as possible and gave an entirely new spin on the feeling. Inspired by suites at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, we floated flatscreens on panorama windows, hung white scrim everywhere and gave an uplifted “Sky Ranch” feeling. Unexpected accent furniture, low backs to keep rooms open to spectacular views. 4 penthouses total. Extremely fun to do.
