Renovation
This house had the charm of 1931 but was ready for a facelift. The inside was bland, the landscape overgrown, and the lack of porch railing was a safety hazard. With almost no surface left untouched, this home has been revived. Some highlights are the layout of the bathroom was changed to create greater privacy and a custom shower replaced the old tub. The fireplace received a new modern look with recycled glass, and the barrel ceiling in the dining room became visible with a change in the paint color. The original charm was brought into the 21st century.
