This property had great “bones”, but the dated furnishings worked against the overall look of the space. The client wanted a big “wow!” factor when prospects walked through the door. Given the proximity of the the complex to the medical center, many of the residents are young doctors, therefore they wanted a look the was hip and youthful yet refined with a touch of glam. The wall color and existing tile influenced the color palette in the clubhouse, but the addition of dramatic lighting installations and vibrant pops of orange bring the space to life. The interior color scheme also reflects the selections we made for exterior color palette. Rich, yet durable velvets, iridescent silks and a textural, shimmering rug relay an upscale feel.
