Cobble Hill Townhouse

The renovation of this 1850’s townhouse took over one year and often required daily meetings with the contractor and subs. The design intent of this space was to integrate the old world charm within a new and modern style both architecturally and from a decorating perspective. This was achieved by preserving the original architectural details like the mahogany handrail and plaster ceiling details and integrating them into a fresh and modern decorating style. Upgrades to the plumbing and electrical and sewer line were mandatory as well as strict adherence to Landmark rules and regulations..
