Locating a beautiful treed property high on a hill with harbor view, they proceeded to negotiate with the owner of a small ranch style home and upon purchase, with our help, created the home of their dreams.
The stately proportions of the new brick three story structure sets the tone for a classic residence filled with unique antique fixtures, one of a kind area rugs, fine furniture and custom cabinetry. Yet while the home speaks elegance, it’s functionality for the family in residence was primary.
