This project is in Old Greenwich, CT on the water. This is the second house that Marks & Frantz have renovated and designed for this young couple. When the couple became pregnant with their second child, they decided that they needed more room and found a house on a sleepy street with a small-town feel. They once again called on Marks & Frantz to give the home a special feeling. The design duo filled the house with extraordinary details, fixtures and finishes, and many pieces of furniture they custom-designed for the space. Aside from having two young children, this couple love to entertain both informally and formally. Marks & Frantz were able to bridge the gap with the design so that the rooms look elegant yet still feel inviting and warm.
