Fairview Row
This new construction condominium project resulted in a European Contemporary-style masterpiece. Light and dark contrast between furniture and finish selections can be found in every room of this luxurious condo. A clean and simple aesthetic with various lighting options and fine artwork adorn selected furniture pieces, neutral walls, and dark hardwood flooring.
The kitchen is contemporary perfection with Wolf appliances, white shaker cabinets dressed with lucite hardware, a fabulous white marble backsplash and countertop, and a multitude of lighting alternatives. A unique feature of our client’s kitchen is the glass barn door with a colorful urban graphic used to hide their pantry. The glass barn door is the just the right pop of color and surely a conversation piece.
The light and airy dining space features a clear, textured glass light fixture above a sleek, dark wood dining table accented with beautiful tapered crystal candle holders. The two, floor-to-ceiling french doors with transom windows above, allows natural light to flood into the dining space while also allowing a great view of the Five Points community below.
The living area also features two sets of french doors, while simple decor pieces sit atop the console and coffee tables, completing its sleek and contemporary design. The ribbon fireplace, accented with an assortment of small stones, becomes the focal point with its custom mantel and wall-mounted television above. The light and dark contrast plays up the European contemporary style of this condo with a commissioned painting contributing a pop of orange.
Overall, the neutral palette receives carefully placed pops of color and shows that with the perfect design a small living space can feel open and inviting.
