Residence Master Bath was updated to improve space plan and make more accessible to age in place. Flooring was changed to porcelain wood plank style tile, Narrow doors and openings widened and garden tub removed. Tub replaced with walk-in shower with porcelain tile and rainfall shower head with hand held. Shower seat installed along with grab bars. Toilet also relocated and wall colors updated.
