The clients furnishings were out of scale and were not inviting for leisure
reading or entertaining. The new sofa was a family heirloom, which was raised in height to create the appropriate scale and recovered in a beautiful silvery velvet. We added two large leather chairs for reading and relaxing. The clients purchased the custom coffee table, and we added the asymmetry of the rug, completing the space. The woven wood valances add texture and interest to the banded drapery panels.
