This 1900’s house is located in the popular Italian Village area of Columbus Ohio. It was a complete renovation. The home owners wanted to add a second bedroom, master suite and completely changed the floor plan to an open concept while keeping elements of the period such as the interior brick wall, horizontal panel doors, door hard ware etc. Epic Group Ohio, the general contactor delivered on their concept and created this amazing transformation!

The interior designer, Mary Shipley Interiors combined industrial and contemporary furnishing and accessories. They created a warm, interesting and inviting space to entertain and enjoy downtown living.
