Graph SQL – a startup analytics technology company reached out to us as they needed help designing their new office in Redwood City, CA. Their role is to improve business performance, & as the job tends be quite strenuous & detail oriented, it requires a lot of thought & focus. The founder of the company wanted to create a modern interior space which consisted of lots of color to inspire his employees as they performed their daily tasks. We used a color scheme of blue & orange in their main work space, which reflected the company’s logo & various furnishings & accessories to help set the tone for their office.

As the space was pretty big we had a lot to play around with, in terms of incorporating various office designs into all rooms. To brighten up the setting we added different color walls ranging from purple, green, & blue in the conference rooms, a pivot pie coffee table from Blu Dot by the entrance area, accompanied by bright yellow Carmichael Chairs built by David Podsiadlo that we purchased from Gus Modern. Neon green & blue custom made sofas from Cre8 A Couch were used to decorate the lounge areas & writable blackboard paint walls were installed to add some fun to the rooms. Various rooms including the board room were decorated by pops of abstract art work & inspirational quotes to motivate all who entered.

Furnishings for the office were bought from Inside Source which consisted of wooden tables, chairs, & desks for the lounge, conference, & board rooms provided an innovative feel. Work desks, storage, & workstations from Solutions Office Interiors were used for employees in the main hub space. To add some extra color & unique design to the office we incorporated an Orange Kardiel Ball Style Chair made of fiberglass & black microfiber along with a Kidney Bean mid century modern sofa, & Ottoman set by Kardiel. Overall everyone enjoyed the new space, & the environment it provided for them to work in.
