Our long-time clients recently downsized from a large suburban home to a condo in the South Waterfront. They no longer wanted to deal with the upkeep of a house and large yard, and they wanted to be nearer the city center where many of their favorite activities are located. Losing 600 square feet of living space meant that they needed new furnishings for the living, dining, and TV room of the new condo.
