Client moved in from out of state. The home she purchased was very dated – no woodworking details, carpeted or honey oak floors and railings and undersized lighting fixtures. She had enough faith in us to allow us to begin design and choose colors from photographs of her existing furniture to create detailed woodworking while she was over 750 miles away! In all but one room we were able to repurpose draperies from her previous home. We completed this renovation in record time (3 months). It is a very happy home, with fantastic ease of entertaining. The realtor told us she has never seen a house transformation as successful as this one.
