Total overhaul of main level living space of split level home. Removed 2 walls and bulkheads in “before” kitchen, re-oriented the kitchen by closing up left side of a sliding glass door off the dining room, allowing more functional kitchen space with addition of island. Load bearing post had to be kept, but plenty of space to sit at island. Looks like an entirely different home from the before, clients LOVE the results!
