TAA worked closely with the clients to help realize the full potential of their home and property at large. Set on a large plot in the Fox Chapel area, this property has lots of appeal, especially with the large open back yard.

The addition for the new kitchen helped tie the entire living space together and allow for a more open plan in the Living and Dining Rooms. They all open onto the rear patios overlooking the expansive back yard.

The new layout has allowed for more family time and communication, enriching the family dynamic.
