The objective: to create a livable, contemporary second home for clients outside of Washington DC. Upon entering the riverfront condo, a light-changing, mood-changing bubble water wall provides a warm welcome and reminder of the riverfront view. The color palette of serene blues, earthy browns and sandy whites and the contemporary architectural and design elements are a calm backdrop for the marina and plaza beyond the exterior walls.
