The goal was to successfully build a 5000 sf addition to the Civil War era farmhouse while preserving the integrity of the original home. A master bedroom and bath, sunroom, kitchen and casual dining were added to the first floor and two bedrooms with ensuite baths to the second floor. In addition a media, train room and wine room were added to the lower level.
