Revitalizing a Historic Bucks County Home Through Color and Textiles
When the Oliver Family saw this circa 1740’s home in Bucks County, PA go on the market it was love at first sight. Their intention was to restore the luster of this old jewel without compromising its original integrity.
Design challenges included floor-to-ceiling radiator steam pipes, a sunroom with multiple focal points including a colorful historic tiled floor, balancing paint colors of adjacent rooms, and repurposing furniture and draperies from the Oliver’s previous home into entirely new looks.
